Whether you participate in craft fairs or are looking for gift giving ideas I hope you will like this Craft Fair Idea – Chunky Notepads project. This craft fair idea from my 2019 series uses note pads from the Dollar Tree. This is part one of the project using part of the note pad and I will show you how to use the rest of the note pad in an upcoming video. Notepads and journals have consistently been popular items at my craft fairs. They make great gifts and just look so pretty!
With this project I used the Bird Ballad designer series paper. Because it is double sided, I was able to use the reverse side of one of the scraps to create a decorative banner across the front. The color coordination Stampin’ Up! does for us makes it so easy. We know all of the designer series papers in a pack will blend well together. Because they give us the coordinating colors there is not guessing on what inks and card stock will match as well.
I used the Free As A Bird stamp set for the sentiment on this project. The pretty label punch used here is one of my go to items in my craft room. If you don’t already have it, I highly recommend you consider adding this to your collection. I added some of the flower images around the edge of the punch to tie in with the paper. A Light Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blend was used to add the pop of color.
Supplies used can be ordered from my website at http://www.paperstampink.com
